If you missed the March 3, 2025 deadline to file for Homestead Exemption for 2025, there still may be time. If you meet the qualifications listed below and have all the required documentation, you may still complete a “Late File” application by coming into one of our offices.

    E Files and/or manual applications are not accepted for late filing

Qualifications:
1. Own your home prior to January 1, 2025
2. Occupied and claiming the home as your primary residence prior on or before  January 1, 2025
3. Have no other residency-based benefits elsewhere (Rollback, STAR, Enhanced STAR, Abatement, etc.)

Documentation:
* Valid Florida Driver License or FL ID for non-drivers (residence address must match home address)
* Valid Vehicle Registration (residence address must match home address)
* Valid Voters Card (residence address on voters card must match home address)
* Permanent Resident Card (for non US Citizens)
